What happens after the 30-day trial?: Your chosen plan starts automatically with the card or PayPal you signed up with. Cancel anytime from your subscription panel. If you want a refund within 14 days of the charge, we'll process it without questions.
Can I switch tiers later?: Yes, anytime. We prorate the difference.
What if I can't afford this right now?: Write to hello@safe-alias.app. We run a small hardship-grace program funded by Resolute supporters. No application form, just a short note.
Do you store my payment data?: No. Payment is handled by a PCI-DSS-certified payment processor. We never see your card number or PayPal details. Only your subscription status.
Is there an annual plan?: Yes. Both Essential and Resolute can be billed annually for the price of ten months (about two months free). Pick monthly or annual when you start your plan.
Can I get a refund?: Yes. Within 14 days of the charge, full refund, no questions asked. Request it from the subscription panel or email hello@safe-alias.app. We usually process within 1 business day.
Can I use the same card for multiple free trials?: No. Each card or PayPal account can start one free trial. It's a small guard so the trial doesn't become an indefinite way to use the product. If you registered twice by mistake, write to us and we'll fix it.
